ENT - Effective, Novel and Timely

This project was launched in Scotland on the 7th May 2004. The main aim is to reduce outpatient waiting times to less than 26 weeks.

Similar projects are also running in Dermatology, Orthopaedics and Neurology.

The Lanarkshire bid has redesign as its focus. We aim to look at what we currently do across Lanarkshire and see how current resources could be used better. This will also look at closer working links with primary care.
