ENT Emergency Care Team - Clinical Record

Record keeping was recognised as a vital part of the project. In partnership with the Clinical Effectiveness Department we designed a access database which fulfilled many functions.

This allows the team members to collate audit information on the service on offer. However, this also generates a clinical record, provides reports and case studies for peer review and generates activity reports.

This is still in the pilot stages at present but the initial data is very encouraging.
